Letter to the Editor - I Stand With Jill Stein

Dear Editor, Dr. Jill Stein is running for President of the United States with the Green Party. Saturday night, while standing in solidarity with students at Washington University in St. Louis, Jill was knocked to the ground by a policeman on bicycle and then arrested for "assaulting a policeman!" She was cuffed and put in a cell alone for hours, no explanation and no opportunity to call her lawyer. Jill was supporting protesting students, Jews and Palestinians alike, who have the courage to resist genocide and put their bodies on the line for human rights. Jill is the only candidate who offers us a real choice, who is not bought by the Israeli lobby AIPAC ( American Israeli Political Action Committee.) Her platform is for working people (abandoned by both major parties) for an ecologically functioning planet, and for world peace versus forever wars and more lucre for weapons industries. Only fear and lethargy prevent us from implementing these sane policies. You won't hear much about Jill Stein on major media or even on NPR. They're bought, too. Go to jillstein2024.com and YouTube. So are we going to cower under the false "security" blanket of fear and lies, pumped out by AIPAC funded front runners? Or do we have the courage to act, to stand up for people, planet and peace?
