DECORAH — The highly-anticipated Sunflower Discovery Center officially opened its doors to the public on November 1, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for local families and visitors. After extensive planning, construction, and "checking boxes," the center's Director of Operations, Daiton Johnson, shared her excitement about finally unveiling the new community space. "It's surreal that it's finally here," Johnson shared, watching her daughter happily play in the center. "We're thrilled to be able to share this space with Decorah and the surrounding communities.
