Missing Something? Found Property at the Decorah Police Department

DECORAH —The Decorah Police Department has announced the accumulation of found property turned in to the Decorah Law Enforcement Center between January 1 and September 31, 2024. Unclaimed items will be held for a period of 90 days. If not claimed during this time, they may be sold, destroyed or donated in accordance with department policy. Individuals wishing to claim property must provide proof of ownership and can do so in person at the Law Enforcement Center, located at 400 Claiborne Drive. The found items include: 24 keys on a lanyard with red and yellow lettering; garden hose found on the highway; pickleball paddle; orange rope with magnet; times watch; ring with blue gem; air tag; Audi key fab; cell phone and brown glasses; bag of money; set of keys; DASANI yellow and purple bike; black and white wrist lanyard with keys; Black Trek e-bike; Kent brand child's bike; white/rose/pink earring; Apple I phone; Kids Hawkeye wallet; two keys on black and orange lanyard; silver cremation urn necklace; Blue IPhone; cash; five coats found on the highway; a timelapse camera; master lock padlock; Jeep key fob; black ear bud; Christmas cards with cash found in parking lot of gas station; brown toddler winter boot; bike; wallet with Apple tracker; Sony ear bud; grey colored gloves; Tommy Hilfinger brand coat; TCL phone; zipper pouch with turtle and fish; cell phone; dark green backpack with stars; Red/Black Tamrac backpack; Apple IPhone; Black Cannondale bike; White Mongoose bike; various cell phones; key fabs; locks; knife; trail camera; keys; gold ring; two silver keys; Brown Miyata bike; ball cap; wedding band with saying; wallet; black lanyard with keys; black IPhone; keys with square pendant; IPhone; black PATPET remote; property belonging to Tran Khanh Linn; and a piece of wood found on the highway.
