The following arrests were reported by The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office on Friday, June 27 and Saturday, June 28. On June 26, Following an investigation by the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office, on June 26, 2025, around 8:42 pm the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at 2538 174th Ave near Decorah. As a result of this search warrant two subjects were arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail. CHRISTOPHER JENSEN, 40, of Decorah was charged with: Serious misdemeanor possession of controlled substance (marijuana) 2nd offense Simple misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia Arrest warrant for failure to provide fingerprints AMY JENSEN, 48, of Decorah was charged with: Serious misdemeanor possession of controlled substance (marijuana) 1st offense Simple misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Winneshiek County Attorney's Office. This case remains under investigation. On June 26, DARRYL MUGGLI-TOYLOY, 49, of Decorah, Iowa was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on an arrest warrant for violation of probation. On June 26, JEREMY FRANZEN, 51, of Decorah, Iowa turned himself in and was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on an arrest warrant for failure to provide fingerprints as ordered. On June 27, SETH PASH, 41, of Decorah, Iowa was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on an arrest warrant for failure to provide fingerprints as ordered. Stay ahead of the curve!
