National Library Week Book Sale - April 19-25The National Library Week Book Sale runs daily at Luther College's Preus Library, with long hours throughout the week. Expect everything from fiction to academic titles at low prices. 2. "Stories, Systems, Survival" Earth Day Panel - April 22Earth Day programming includes a panel discussion focused on the question "How do we care for ourselves, and each other, in the face of climate change?" The event at Luther College offers a chance to hear local and academic perspectives on climate and community resilience. 3. Calmar Citywide Garage Sale - April 23-25If you're in the mood to get outside and shop, the Calmar citywide garage sale offers plenty of opportunities to hunt for bargains and hidden gems. 4. KWLC Block Party - April 24Luther's student-run radio station is hosting its KWLC Block Party to celebrate the station's 100th birthday. The event will feature live music from Stonewalker and Grandma's Banjo, along with Sugar Bowl ice cream and lawn games to enjoy while you jam out. 5. Cathedral Choir Homecoming Concert - April 26Wrap up the week with the Cathedral Choir Homecoming Concert. The performance is under the direction of Mark Potvin.
