The Highlands Welcomes Gabel and Dahl to Marketing Department

DECORAH — The Highlands has added Haley Gabel to its marketing department and Erica Dahl to lead community engagement and life enrichment initiatives across campus. Gabel recently relocated to the Decorah area from Hawaii with her fiancé, Chuck, and their daughters, Violet and Elowyn. She brings more than 10 years of experience in marketing and public relations and holds a master's degree from the University of Montana. In her role, Gabel will support The Highlands' rebranding efforts and help strengthen community connections. Dahl joins the marketing team to lead community engagement and life enrichment efforts for residents, tenants and staff. She has several years of experience in customer service and engagement. "Both Haley and Erica bring tremendous energy, experience and heart to The Highlands," said Patty Casterton, vice president of business development. "Haley's expertise in marketing and design strengthens our strategic direction, while Erica's background in engagement and service will help us deepen meaningful connections across our campus community. We are excited to welcome them both to the team."
