Funeral notice for 73-year-old Gary Keune of Marion, Iowa

73-year-old Gary Keune of Marion died Tuesday, May 25th, at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 1st, at St. Luke's Catholic Church in St. Lucas, with Rev. Nick Radloff presiding. Burial will be in St. Luke's Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday, May 31st, at St. Luke's Catholic Church in St. Lucas and also after 10:00 a.m. at the church on Tuesday morning. The Schluter – Balik Funeral Home in Decorah is handling arrangements. Gary is survived by his wife: Susan Keune of Marion. Children: Chad (Leslie) Keune, Coralville, IA; Chalise Keune, Marion, IA; Adam Keune, Iowa City, IA and Andrew Keune, Marion, IA. Grandchildren: Ella Keune, Jackson, Maegan, Abigail and Emerson Reininga; Audriana Keune. Siblings: Mike (Bonnie) Keune, Little Turkey, IA; Alan (Holly) Keune, Little Rock, AR, Kenneth "Buck" (Susan) Keune, Decorah, IA and Penny (Jamie) Johnson, Sumner, IA.
